The Chair of the Administration of Justice and Performance Management Committee (AJPMC), Justice Agnes Murgor, led the Performance Management and Measurement Understandings (PMMU) 2024/2025 evaluation and target-setting exercise at the Kericho Small Claims Court. She was joined by Justice Joseph Sergon and the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, Winfridah Mokaya.
The visit forms part of the Judiciary’s ongoing commitment to strengthening performance management and enhancing service delivery across court stations. During the exercise, the team engaged with judicial officers and staff to review past performance, set clear targets for the new period, and align station objectives with the Judiciary’s strategic priorities.
Justice Murgor and the PMMU team also conducted a similar exercise at the Oyugis Law Courts, reaffirming the Judiciary’s dedication to accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in the administration of justice.
